All buildings are in a state of renovation which requires completion, after being moved off site for protection from the floods in late 2022 and then relocated in late 2024. Various amounts of new building materials e.g. Steel, timber, gyprock, decking etc all available on site. Also, many new appliances, cupboards, items of furniture etc are in buildings awaiting installation to complete renovation.
In late 2024, the un-damaged infrastructure was returned to the park. The process of re-installation and renovation then commenced. It has been interrupted and is not complete.
